With the move to remote working in 2020, the HR department feared a deterioration in horizontal connections. To refresh the sense of a bonding culture, we created data-driven uniforms that reflected the company's characteristic love of numbers and natural language.
We analysed internal and external text arrays and selected words that Yandex employees use more often than people on the Internet. These words were placed on removable rubber patches.
